Hamptons Surf Clinics and our signature Bootcamps will be going all summer long during the weekdays and weekends too. A RoadFit workout can be done anywhere - Team RoadFit will teach you to use the environment as your gym, without the props and equipment that we’ve grown conditioned to look for to get fit as adults. Beach Bootcamp is back in East, Bridge, and South Hampton all summer long! Intermediate/Advanced Levels please Beach workouts are held during the day and on the weekends. Wake up and get the day off to a RoadFit start with speed drills and sand-sculpting techniques. Bring a bathing suit and jump in the ocean after we are done - you'll need it!
